Lagom Investments was founded by Katy Colvin & Pelle Olsson in 2020 and is a Real Estate Investment Group dedicated to renovating, renting, and selling beautiful high-quality homes.
Our intention at Lagom Investments is to always use the Lagom principal in our business practices. Lagom is a Swedish word that means “not too much, not too little…just right.” This is how we approach all situations in our business and continually strive to make each experience just right for our team members and customers.
Katy is from Indianapolis, IN and has lived in various parts of the country and Costa Rica for a time. She has worked in Human Resources and as a Retail Business Owner and is now a full-time investor in the Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Pelle is from Tomelilla, Sweden and has lived in the Atlanta area since 2007. His focus has been on business development for a local company and has a support function within Lagom Investments.
Our goal is to be a fair and compassionate resource to those who are burdened with their property, to renew outdated homes, and offer quality rentals to those in need of housing.
